You can delete your Squad Shooter account and the progress it holds in two ways.
In the game
- Open Settings (the gear, top right of the lobby).
- Scroll to Account and tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Hold DELETE for a second.
This needs an internet connection; offline, nothing is deleted. In this order, it deletes:
- your progress on our game server;
- your guest account and its Player ID;
- your progress on the phone.
It also asks Unity Analytics to delete the play data it holds from this phone. Unity does this within 30 days.
Without the game
Email hasanmusaj@outlook.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your Player ID. You'll find it in Settings > Account; tap it to copy it.
The account has no name or email, so the Player ID is how we find it. If you've lost it, tell us roughly when you last played and on which phone. We'll try, but without the Player ID we may not be able to find your account.
We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your guest account and its Player ID.
- Your game progress on our server: squad, gear, rewards, in-game settings and purchase history.
- Your game progress on the phone (when you delete in the game).
- Play data that Unity Analytics holds about you, if you shared play data. Deleting in the game asks Unity to delete it automatically. For email requests, we ask Unity to delete the play data linked to your Player ID.
What is kept, and for how long
- Records of purchases that Google Play keeps for tax and refunds, under Google's own rules. We can't delete those for you.
- Crash reports that Unity's diagnostics sent before you deleted. They hold an ID for the installation, not your name, email or Player ID. Unity deletes them after 90 days.
- Purchase reports that Unity's purchase software sent before you deleted. They hold no name or email, and Unity keeps them under its own rules.
- Records in Unity's service logs of the delete request itself, under Unity's rules.
- Emails you sent us, for 12 months, so we can answer follow-up questions.
Deleting can't be undone. Purchases can't be restored to a new account.
